Following my review, Mr. David, personally reached out to apologize for the miscommunication and explain the current pressures the garage is facing. His proactive approach and willingness to address my concerns were commendable. Furthermore, I recently had my AC repaired at TD Cars. Mr. David offered a generous commercial gesture to ensure my satisfaction, and the service itself was highly professional. My AC was fixed within an hour, demonstrating their expertise and efficiency. This experience has highlighted that even in stressful situations, true professionals can turn things around. Mr. David and the team at TD Cars have shown a commitment to customer service and a dedication to resolving issues. Given this positive resolution and the excellent service I received, I'm updating my review to a well-deserved five stars. --- Update: I'm changing my review from one star to three stars. After posting my initial review, the owner reached out to me personally. He apologized for the miscommunication and explained that the garage is currently under a lot of stress. I appreciate the quick response and the solution-oriented conversation I had with him. It's clear that they value customer feedback and are willing to address concerns. While the initial experience was frustrating, I'm glad they were able to reach out and make things right. I'm updating my review to reflect this positive interaction and their commitment to resolving the issue. ----- I called twice to inquire about their services and was told to send a "short email to fill up the client form." I sent the email detailing my request but never received a call back. When I called again, they said they would call me back but never did. The next day, I called yet again and was told that I should have provided more details in my initial email and that they "weren't going to take me." Their dismissive attitude and lack of professionalism is appalling. I can't speak to the quality of their work, but their customer service is non-existent.
