Review of Asua Kitchen & Home
Amelia Johnson
Never purchase a kitchen set from this company!! It was an awful ordeal, simply the poorest service in Luxembourg. The worst aspect is 'Monsieur le directeur', their phantom manager who is constantly on vacation or absent and neglects to solve any of the problems caused by his staff. They set up our kitchen a year ago and the difficulties we encountered with them were innumerable, ranging from incorrect dimensions to faulty parts... the sink has never functioned correctly, they attempted to fix it twice, and on both occasions, the repairman lacked the necessary tools and promised to return, which he did after two months of persistent calls/emails and insistence on our part. The first time, he damaged the dishwasher while trying to mend the sink. After that, they repaired it. The second time, he again broke the dishwasher!! This time, he even caused a chip in the dishwasher door. Meanwhile, two additional problems have cropped up, while the sink still isn't functioning. Every time we attempt to reach them, they fabricate a new falsehood and always promise to return our call, which they never do. I wish we had a direct line to the store's proprietor because at this point, our sole option is to reach out to the Arthur Bonnet factory as the manager is totally disregarding our appeals. Furthermore, it's disheartening that a company of this magnitude can't handle complaints properly and professionally. The management and staff seem to be on a perpetual vacation, leaving customers to fend for themselves. The kitchen installation was a fiasco, and even more disconcerting was their inability to correct their mistakes. The sink has been a constant source of frustration, with repair attempts leading to more damage rather than resolution. The repairman's incompetence has led to the dishwasher being broken twice, the second time even more severely with the door getting chipped. Yet another testament to their lack of professionalism. In addition to this, other problems have surfaced, with the sink still not fixed. It's like a never-ending cycle of disappointment. Their constant evasion and lies when we try to contact them is not only unethical, but also extremely unprofessional. The only ray of hope now seems to be reaching out to the Arthur Bonnet factory directly. The manager of this establishment has shown complete disregard for our situation, leaving us with no choice but to escalate our complaints.
