The company dispatched a bed's

The company dispatched a bed's headboard to our residence, which sustained damage during transportation (additionally, the packaging box was warped). It required several months, coupled with extremely rigid delivery schedules and dates that offered no flexibility or ability for us to respond other than accepting the situation. Upon reaching out to Micadoni about the defective item, they exhibited zero willingness to provide assistance. Therefore, they seem to anticipate that I will affix this distorted board to the wall in the newly decorated bedroom and simply tolerate the situation. Absolutely preposterous! This was indeed my initial and will certainly be my final purchase from this establishment - I strongly advise steering clear! Not only did the firm refuse to rectify the issue, but their lack of customer-centric approach also left me with a damaged piece of furniture that I am now expected to incorporate into my home decor. Their expectation that I should just accept this is not only ludicrous but also shows a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. As a result of this poor service, I have made the decision that this will be my first and last interaction with Micadoni, and I would strongly recommend others to stay away from this place. Their rigid delivery times and lack of flexibility only add to the pile of their shortcomings. It's beyond ridiculous that a company in today's age could exhibit such a low level of customer service. I can't stress enough how important it is to avoid dealing with such a company.
