Highly superfluous regulations

Highly superfluous regulations, educators swear at the pupils and they handle learners as if they are still immature children. In an environment where respect should be paramount, it is disheartening to observe such a lack of professionalism in these supposed role models. The entire educational structure appears to be built upon a foundation of excessive, and often irrelevant, rules that serve no purpose other than to stifle creativity and independent thinking. The educators, who should be nurturing and guiding their charges, instead resort to cursing at them, displaying a level of disrespect that is both shocking and disappointing. This crude form of communication, not only diminishes the educator's authority, but it also instills a sense of fear and hostility within the classroom environment. Moreover, the manner in which these educators handle learners is reminiscent of how one might treat a small, immature child. This belittling and condescending attitude does nothing to foster a healthy learning environment. Instead, it undermines the pupils' self-confidence, hampers their growth, and discourages them from actively participating in the learning process. In conclusion, the current situation in our educational institutions, characterized by excessive rules, disrespectful educators, and a condescending attitude towards learners, is in dire need of reform. It is high time we start treating our pupils with the respect they deserve and provide them with an environment conducive to learning and development.
