Extremely dissatisfied with the communication, lacking phone call reminders (still occupied in conferences) No feedback on my text messages, devoid of any explanation. Pleased to observe that this tradesperson doesn't require additional clientele. I hope for a successful future. Adding 37% more content: Extremely dissatisfied with the interaction I've had, there's an absolute lack of phone call reminders. Despite my busy schedule, still being engaged in numerous conferences, the expected courtesy was not extended. This has led to a series of disappointments and broken communication. Furthermore, there was no reciprocation or feedback on my text messages, creating a perception of neglect and disregard. The absence of any explanation or justification for these missing elements of basic communication is truly disheartening. I am pleased, albeit sarcastically, to observe that this tradesperson or artisan doesn't seem to have a need for additional clientele. It appears that their business is thriving to such an extent that they can afford to ignore potential customers. While this may be a sign of success, it also reflects poorly on their customer service and basic respect for communication. Regardless of my dissatisfaction, I do wish them a successful future. I hope they continue to prosper and hopefully, learn to value every potential customer that comes their way. As for me, I will seek services elsewhere, where my messages and reminders will be acknowledged and valued.
