My order was not delivered as per the agreed schedule. Additionally, I was not informed about their inability to deliver my order, a point of concern that I specifically highlighted when I made the order. I had requested them to notify me in case of any delivery issues, which would allow me to personally collect it from their store. Given this unfortunate experience, I would strongly suggest that you reevaluate your options. There are a multitude of other stores within our city that may offer a more satisfactory service.
