They failed to transport the blossoms due to the courier's inability to "locate the given address". I was compelled to personally drive down to the store, collect the floral arrangement on my own, and subsequently make the delivery by myself. Bafflingly, they declined to compensate for the 12€ delivery charge. Absolutely disgraceful!!! Furthermore, it was not just the fact that they did not accomplish their responsibility to deliver the flowers which was disappointing, but also the audacity they showed by denying to refund the delivery fee was beyond belief. It seemed as if their customer service was virtually non-existent. I could not help but feel as though I had been taken advantage of, considering that I ended up doing their job, and to add insult to injury, I was not compensated for the inconvenience caused. This entire ordeal left me feeling utterly disrespected, as if my time and effort were not valued. It's a pity that such a simple task of delivering flowers could not be completed. It's astonishing how a company could be so negligent in their duties and so dismissive towards their customers' concerns. This truly is, without a doubt, an absolute disgrace!!!
