The educators in the class I attended

The educators in the class I attended were outstanding. Nevertheless, from my perspective, the layout of the daily lessons and the overall course organization lacked a well-defined structure. The educators merely provided paper handouts, failing to clearly state the purpose or plan of the lesson. I had registered for the A2.2 level, but upon completion of the course, I was presented with an A2.1 certificate by the Director. Despite successfully passing the A2.2 examination, she indicated that the teaching staff deemed it appropriate to demote me to A2.1, without offering any substantial justification. Throughout the entire course, no one had communicated this demotion to me. Upon expressing my dissatisfaction with the situation, they decided to rectify the situation by upgrading the certificate back to A2.2. Furthermore, it was rather perplexing to me that the educators, despite their excellence, didn't provide a more comprehensive lesson plan. The lack of a thoroughly detailed course layout was a bit disconcerting, especially considering the fact that I had committed to an A2.2 level. It was only after the course ended, and the Director presented me with an A2.1 certificate, that I became aware of the situation. Additionally, the reasoning behind the demotion was not adequately explained. It was communicated to me that the decision was born out of the educator's belief, which was not backed up by any tangible reasoning. This, naturally, was a source of confusion and disappointment for me. To make matters worse, this decision was not communicated to me until the very end of the course, adding to my dissatisfaction. However, when I voiced my disappointment, they rectified the situation by changing the certificate from A2.1 to A2.2, which I appreciated.
