Very bad reservtion on phone

Very bad reservtion on phone, first time i call 19/2/2024 i just ask if she speak english and she closed the phone direcly. 20/2/2020 i call again, she speak uncoopeeative, i ask and apointment try in french. but she speak really not nice i just asking a second for write apointment but she said can't wait. she speak very fast but when i speak fast she said wait. finally I cancel my apointment she was very annoying!! i want to buy soll because fist time we already buy in the shop. never never come back here 👎👎👎
