Catastrophic reception from the sales person. On the advice of the parent company, I went to the store to return my moccasins and in 30 seconds I was entitled to, I quote, ah it won't go under warranty, plus it's from the outlet!!! ! deplorable welcome!!!!! I'll let you admire the quality below, not even worn for one season!!
