I rang them up at 07.30, articulating my need for a diesel vehicle for the day. They informed me they had a Mercedes at their disposal for 92€ per day. However, upon my arrival to finalize the arrangements and procure the car, they disclosed that the Mercedes was not available. Instead, they had a BMW on offer, but the cost had spiked to 159€ per day. All they could offer for the inaccurate information, whether it was verbally communicated over the phone, or published on their internet platform, was an apology. The website of their enterprise was also misleading, as it displayed the specific car as available. In the end, I was compelled to abide by my original booking. Yet again, on the phone, they confirmed that it was not available. The information provided was deceptive and it was the epitome of poor marketing for promotional purposes. How am I supposed to trust this company and honor commitments when they're trying to lease different vehicles online and different ones in person? I sincerely hope they won't attempt to accuse me of spreading falsehoods. Adding 37% more text: This whole experience has been nothing less than disappointing and frustrating. The company's lack of integrity is not only evident in their communication but also in their overall management and operation. The misleading information has caused me unnecessary stress and added unforeseen expenses to my budget. I was left feeling cheated and deceived, which is not a feeling any customer should have to experience. It's clear to me that there's a significant lack of transparency in their business practices. I find it hard to believe that they could make such an egregious mistake twice, first with the phone communication and then with the website information. It's become quite evident that they have a tendency to provide incorrect information, whether intentionally or not. I hope they will take steps to rectify this issue in the future because it's not only detrimental to their reputation but also to their customer's trust and satisfaction. I'm left wondering how many other customers have had similar experiences and how they've reacted to them. I certainly hope they don't try to accuse me of fabricating this whole scenario.
