Not recommended!! Friendly and responsive to sign me up for a new insurance contract, but very challenging to terminate the contracts. I had to send multiple reminders by email and phone, and they either do not respond or ask for additional evidence. I recently found out that my car insurance was not terminated as requested, while I was notified by this company that they had done everything needed to terminate the contract. I asked for a refund of the paid premises for both contracts, but only received a reply I had to pay almost 500 euros for the months after the termination date.
