Request for quote for VELUX installation, appointment made the same day. Once there, the person took no notes, had no documentation and was much more interested in parking than in the appointment. 5 days later without any return or response to my calls I managed to get a response by email. “I will not be able to give you a quote for this type of work.” - For what ? well for this reason, I quote: “Too much work and too much paperwork.”. So this is definitely the first time, in short there are many other more serious companies in the sector, especially given this one's latest comments. Conclusion: move on, this company has no reason to exist today.
