Review of Bakery Nothum Patrick
Richard Smith
Subpar service coupled with a shortage of staff. Patiently endured, timepiece at hand, for roughly 34 minutes just to place an order for a single slice of bread. The gentleman informed me that I was unable to settle a debt of 0.80€ using my credit card. This particular piece of information was not disclosed anywhere, and moreover, we are in the year 2023. In addition to that, the establishment lacked the efficiency and professionalism expected from such a place. The waiting period was disproportionately long, especially considering the simplicity of the order - a mere slice of bread. The individual who was attending to me, presumably an employee, seemed to have little understanding of basic transaction methods. He informed me, quite surprisingly, that my credit card was an unacceptable form of payment for such a small amount. This left me perplexed, as no prior indication was given regarding this unusual payment constraint. Furthermore, it's worth mentioning that we are living in an age where digital payments have become the norm. Such outdated practices seem out of place in the technologically advanced world of 2023. In light of all these issues, I have decided not to give this place another visit in the future. The combination of slow service, understaffing, and out-of-date payment methods does not make for a pleasant dining experience. Therefore, I have made up my mind not to patronize this establishment again.
