It was not such a pleasant encounter

It was not such a pleasant encounter with the service they provided. They acted somewhat impolite and disrespectful. Admittedly, their attitude was a touch off-putting and left quite a sour taste in my mouth. It was clear that they lacked proper manners and their behavior was somewhat harsh. This was quite disappointing since one would expect a more refined and courteous approach from a service provider. Their approach was a clear deviation from the usual standard of service and, unfortunately, it negatively influenced my overall experience.
