When my old PC decided to slowly turn

When my old PC decided to slowly turn into dust and make playing any game impossible (let alone streaming the gameplay) I decided it was time to move on. Now this process might be very painful and potentionally dangerous because if you (like me) know very little about PCs, it's easy to get scammed or have something useless sold to you. But this experience with LetzPC was one of a kind in the positive meaning of that phrase. From the very start the communication was flawless, the meeting setup was quick and efficient. The shop was mindblowing and discussing what I need was an absolute pleasure. There was a lot of flexibility in terms of the delivery (which I especially appreciate since I don't have a car) and very quickly my new PC was with me. I've been using it now for a few days (I bought it earlier but didn't have time to plug it in) and it's marvelous. Very very happy. Tl;dr - I totally recommend LetzPC. Great customer service, great timing, great PC. 10/10
