The service was incredibly unprofessional and unhelpful. I don’t know if it is due to a lack of staff or a deplorable work environment, but as a paying customer I was rushed by the staff. Basically, they told me that I would have to spend hundreds of euros on a product without they proper help and guidance, because they were not enough staff to take the time in helping me making an informed decision. I don’t know about the rest of the clients and customers, but last I’ve checked, I work extremely hard to make a living and I do not take spending 200€ lightly on a whim. I did not appreciate this “take it or leave it” situation they tried to force me in. To the management of Intersport Bertrange in Luxembourg : do better. Please staff your teams and give them proper training on how to assist and help customers. This situation was unacceptable and as you’ve guest it, I will gladly take my business elsewhere. No wonder people prefer shopping online if person to person interactions are so unbelievably unhelpful. The person literally told me to look online if I wanted some information on what is the best article for my needs. Good luck with all that.
