Disabled campervan pitch is uneven

Disabled campervan pitch is uneven (need blocks) as is sloping in both planes. Pitches are grass only so difficult if it has rained and you have a wheelchair. Disabled pitches are adjacent to wheelchair accessible shower room and toilet - which was good with a shower seat and lowered sink etc. Ask reception to open the disabled facilities.
