This is not a campsite for tent campers

This is not a campsite for tent campers. It is a vast site dominated by mobile homes and also extremely expensive compared to other sites. We lost 84 euros for a two-night booking in a supposed tent spot because, when we arrived, there was no way to access the reservation: the grass path was churned up and blocked by another car that was struggling to move in the mud. The spot was too small for a two-person tent and there was no way to get a car in or out. When we complained straightaway and said we'd were leaving, we were offered an even smaller spot that was on a hill and were told we could not have a refund despite being sold a spot that was unusable. Very poor and disappointing first camping experience in Luxembourg.
