The proprietor should certainly exhibit

The proprietor should certainly exhibit less greed and deploy a greater number of staff members on site. The unfortunate woman who is currently servicing has the overwhelming tasks of concocting the beverages, creating the meals, accommodating the patrons, and managing the telecommunication. It's an unjust situation for her! Additionally, it is not only detrimental to her well-being but also negatively impacts the overall performance of the establishment. The quality of service inevitably decreases when an employee is overburdened with multiple responsibilities. It is evident that the proprietor's excessive desire for profit is compromising the efficiency of the business and the satisfaction of the clientele. Moreover, the overworked employee might eventually succumb to burnout due to the excessive workload, thus resulting in a potential decrease in productivity. It is therefore crucial for the owner to prioritize the welfare of the employees and allocate adequate manpower to ensure smooth operation. In conclusion, the proprietor's avarice is counterproductive, adversely affecting both the employee's morale and the business's reputation. A more balanced and fair distribution of tasks is necessary for the overall success and longevity of the business. The owner's greed should be replaced with a more equitable approach to staff management.
