While environment was good with good

While environment was good with good crowd , our hopes were squashed with Bachalau that left much to be desired - strange straw potatoes and frozen cod. Seafood rice was passable but could be drier with more flavour. Finished with coffee ice cream and Portuguese tart - sorry but any tart (bake house, Lord Stow or random bakery) in Asia would have been better
