My encounter was profoundly disheartening. We planned to have our midday meal at approximately 12:30 PM in the afternoon. We opted for a lunchtime buffet. Regrettably, the available options were non-existent. All the serving stations were entirely barren. We found ourselves waiting for a good 60 minutes, and there was a negligible amount of food that was replenished during this time. The lack of professionalism was strikingly evident, and the service provided was exceptionally substandard. In fact, the situation was so dire that it verged on being laughable, had it not been for the sheer disappointment that washed over us. The level of indifference and lack of attention to the customers' needs was palpably disturbing. It was as if the establishment had completely given up on maintaining any semblance of decent service. We were left bewildered, hungry and deeply dissatisfied. Moreover, the complete disregard for timely service was mind-boggling. It was not as if we had arrived at an off-peak hour. On the contrary, we were there right in the middle of lunchtime, yet it seemed as though we were invisible to the staff. This was not just a case of poor service, but a blatant disregard for the basic principles of hospitality and customer satisfaction. This was a clear display of unprofessionalism at its peak. The level of service was not just bad, it was horrendously atrocious. It was a letdown of epic proportions that left us feeling utterly disgusted and completely turned off. This was not what we had expected or signed up for when we decided to have our lunch at this establishment. Overall, it was a profoundly disappointing experience that left a bad taste in our mouths, both literally and metaphorically.
