The team is certainly friendly but Léa is as unsympathetic as possible. I came with a project to carry out based on two stones that I own. My tastes and ideas have been openly dismantled, customer relations need to be reviewed. I worked for 10 years in luxury and the art market and I have never seen such incompetence coupled with contempt. I would just stick to my own designs if I wasn't able to kindly accommodate my clients' ideas. I nevertheless gave a necklace from the jeweler H Stern to be repaired but the result was deplorable and needed to be redone. The prices are correct, it’s true, but there are much more professional services in Luxembourg
