I requested overnight parking via the

I requested overnight parking via the website on 08/22/2023 with the start date of 09/01/2023 at the Brill car park in Esch sur Alzette, and to date they have not even given me an answer, after a few days I went to the park and made the request to a parking security officer for the same date, and so far I have received no response from parkolux or Brill parking lot. For me it's a lack of respect for customers.
