We were seated

We were seated. Waited for about 30 mins, no server even approached us. It wasn’t that busy. We politely called out for a waiter/waitress. One came, dropped off the menu without saying a word and disappeared. Tried to get their attention again to no avail. Got up and left. Awful company.
