Always happy with the store for years

Always happy with the store for years, but don't order. Very messy - I was told they ordered the wrong shoe (type). I told them I don't want the wrong shoe. I had also told them I would then order directly at the producer as they were unable to tell me whether this could be corrected and I received the shoes from the producer in two days. They then start to insist that they will sent the shoe after all. If I want the money back I cannot return the shoe to them, but to the producer. The whole saga was 1.5 month and the mistake on my side was at the beginning I changed the size but on the same day I ordered and should not be related that the wrong type was then ordered. All very confusing and very different from the shop.
