DAMAGES THE VEHICLE, If a null star rating was feasible on Google, I would absolutely opt for it. With the platinum package, the wax is merely cascading onto the vehicle, and once you exit the washing segment, the wax adheres to the vehicle - it's extremely difficult to remove it. Thus, you choose the most costly alternative that inevitably damages your vehicle. Constantly, there are merely two staff members, and one is required to shuttle between the cash register and performing the prewash tasks. The avarice of individuals seems to know no bounds. Furthermore, it's disheartening to witness the lack of care and attention towards customer's valuable assets. The platinum package, which should ideally be a comprehensive cleaning solution, turns out to be a nightmare for the vehicle owners. The wax, instead of giving a glossy finish, ends up sticking to the car, making the removal process strenuous and time-consuming. Moreover, the management seems to be more focused on cost-cutting, resulting in only two employees handling all the tasks. This not only leads to inefficiency but also puts an unnecessary burden on the employees. One of them is also expected to multitask between handling the cash register and assisting with the prewash - a clear instance of poor resource management. Lastly, the greed of people, driven by the desire for more profits at the expense of customer satisfaction, appears to be limitless. The lack of empathy towards customers and their property is quite evident and disappointing. Therefore, it's safe to conclude that this car wash service is far from the ideal, and one must think twice before opting for it.
