I recently attended a 16+ school event at Encore and was shocked by the behavior of the bouncers. Even though I’m 18, I witnessed several instances where security was overly aggressive, creating an unsafe and tense environment. They even took my pepper spray, which I understand is illegal in Luxembourg, but their approach was unnecessarily rude. From what I saw, over 25 students, many under 18, were treated aggressively and HIT. If Encore wants to host youth events, they should ensure their staff maintains a respectful and professional attitude towards underage students too.
