Should it be feasible to provide a rating below zero, I certainly would have done so. I have found myself in a seemingly endless cycle of waiting for my pizza for over sixty minutes, and any assistance sought from their alleged "customer support" was of no avail. I've made numerous attempts to contact them to seek a resolution to this issue, but their representative simply terminates the call. I've had experiences with unprofessional businesses in the past, however, Goosty has raised the bar of incompetence to an unprecedented height. If they persist with this level of service, without a doubt, they will face financial ruin imminently. This has been a truly frustrating experience. I spent my valuable time waiting for a pizza that was never delivered, and the lack of any meaningful support from their self-proclaimed "customer service" added insult to injury. Despite my best efforts to communicate with them to find a way out of this predicament, their customer service agent abruptly ends the call. I've encountered many companies lacking professionalism in the past, but Goosty has taken this lack of professionalism to a whole new level. If they continue on this path, bankruptcy is a very real and near possibility for them. It's clear that their business practices need a serious overhaul. If not, their financial stability will be seriously threatened and they will undoubtedly be out of business in no time.
