I feel compelled to express that my endorsement of this service is no longer valid due to a variety of factors. I'm employed in the manufacturing sector and I frequent the top-notch wash at a minimum of twice monthly. 1) The washing tunnel has been experiencing frequent malfunctions, the most recent being at approximately 5:40 p.m. yesterday. 2) Customers select and pay for a specific washing program. However, the 14 euro program I chose yesterday malfunctioned. We restarted the washing tunnel, but I remain unsure if the correct program was executed. 3) In the past, the staff would meticulously clean the windshield and the rear window using foam. However, this was not done during my last two visits. 4) The program I chose yesterday included rim cleaning, yet I'm still patiently awaiting this service. So, considering points 1, 2, 3, and 4, I would consider trying a different car wash. Spending 14 euros per visit is a considerable sum of money, especially when the quality of service is continually declining. In addition to these points, I must also bring to light the following issues: 5) The staff's attitude towards customers has noticeably changed. They no longer greet customers upon arrival or thank them for their patronage. 6) The quality of the cleaning products used seems to have deteriorated. My car no longer has the same shine and luster it once had after a wash. 7) There seems to be a lack of regular maintenance of the washing machines. This could be a contributing factor to the frequent breakdowns. 8) The waiting time has increased significantly. It appears that the efficiency of the service has decreased, causing longer waiting times for customers. In conclusion, while I used to be a loyal customer, I find it increasingly difficult to justify spending 14 euros each time for a service that continues to disappoint. Therefore, I am seriously considering exploring other car wash options.
