Review of Restaurant New World
Robert Smith
Interior Design: The establishment seemed to have four distinct dining sections from my observation, each of them featuring a unique atmosphere and design. One of these sections was dedicated to a Sushi Train and boasted an authentic Japanese aesthetic. Nevertheless, it was quite compact in size, which was a disappointing factor. Food Choices: Our group chose the buffet option, which, in retrospect, was not the best decision. The variety of dishes available was underwhelming, and the quantity of meat in the curry dishes was extremely scarce. Additionally, the curry sauce left much to be desired as it had a diluted taste that was far from the rich flavors one would expect. Cost: Considering the food we ordered, the prices seemed disproportionately high for the quality and quantity provided. It is also worth noting that sushi was not included in the standard buffet offerings, which was a letdown. Final Thoughts: Given the overall experience, I wouldn't suggest this establishment. The interior design, limited food choices, and high pricing all contributed to a less than satisfying dining experience. The fact that the sushi, a staple in Japanese cuisine, was not part of the regular buffet only added to the disappointment. A revamp in their menu and pricing is necessary to improve the dining experience.
