Worst client service I have encountered. They did not assist my mother, 72 years old with a broken smart car (guarantee until end 2023). They did not listen to her. They kept interrupting her and did not let her talk. The boss of the garage refused to talk to Smart Assistance and refused to give a replacement car (she has guarantee for a replacement car until end 2023). After a while, the boss threw her out on the street and called the police. There is proof he refused to talk to Smart Assistance who asked to talk to him. We have filled an official complaint to Smart and Mercedes. Luckily the Smart Center in Saarbrücken Germany has offered much better assistance and friendliness. Now my mother has to take her car all the way to Germany. Today, I called the garage to try to talk to the boss. Same thing, he kept interrupting me, exaggerating the story and justifying calling the police on a 72 year old woman and throwing her out on the street. Literally, he had no will to find a common solution with me as a client, no will to help the client, just justifying himself. Client service truly zero. I will not go back to that garage again. I will not recommend it. It is a garage to be avoided. For me, the worst garage in Luxembourg so far. Avoid Smart Center Luxembourg. If you can, go to Smart Center in Saarbrücken.
