04/09/21 - visited to see about my existing smart and a new one. All was fine until we could not technically explain something in French (due to the nature of the fault with my existing smart). He demanded we spoke French in perfect English. Then refused to help us any further. We were the only ones in the showroom.

Visited this branch today (June-9-2018). The customer service is so bad, unwelcoming and unprofessional! Now I’m not surprised with the tons of negative reviews on this branch. Good luck to the next customers who will visit.

I went here to buy a smart car.. I greeted the person inside very politely and the response that I get is.. “do you speak French? Luxembourgish? German?” and he looks like he don’t want to entertain me. I said sorry but I can only speak english (because I just recently moved here). He just looked at me and he continued what he is doing. So I just left and very disappointed! What was the logic here? If I can only speak English means I cannot buy their cars? 🤨 Months later I got a mini. Better experience and choice I’ve made! So thank you for snobbing me!

Least helpful service i have ever encountered! Called them for some help to remove my security screws on my wheels since they were quite worn out and I couldn’t remove them myself. On the phone, all was still fine: they told me to come over and they would take a look at it. I arrived right after their lunch break. The lady in the reception was rather rude. After some annoying discussion with her, she then told me that there’s no spot left to check on my car (even though I called and was told to come over…on the same day obviously…). According to her, fixing my issue would take up to half a day… They didn’t even make the effort to at least look at the problem! As if this wasn’t enough, the lady told me that the earliest appointment (for such a small issue) would be end of December. 1 month to check on some screws?! For sure never going back to this place! Ps: I called Merbag in Diekirch, they took care of it straight away and I could drive home with my problem solved after 30 minutes.

Worst client service I have encountered. They did not assist my mother, 72 years old with a broken smart car (guarantee until end 2023). They did not listen to her. They kept interrupting her and did not let her talk. The boss of the garage refused to talk to Smart Assistance and refused to give a replacement car (she has guarantee for a replacement car until end 2023). After a while, the boss threw her out on the street and called the police. There is proof he refused to talk to Smart Assistance who asked to talk to him. We have filled an official complaint to Smart and Mercedes. Luckily the Smart Center in Saarbrücken Germany has offered much better assistance and friendliness. Now my mother has to take her car all the way to Germany. Today, I called the garage to try to talk to the boss. Same thing, he kept interrupting me, exaggerating the story and justifying calling the police on a 72 year old woman and throwing her out on the street. Literally, he had no will to find a common solution with me as a client, no will to help the client, just justifying himself. Client service truly zero. I will not go back to that garage again. I will not recommend it. It is a garage to be avoided. For me, the worst garage in Luxembourg so far. Avoid Smart Center Luxembourg. If you can, go to Smart Center in Saarbrücken.
