It's interesting to have such a modern

It's interesting to have such a modern stadium which remains empty most of the time because there are NO concerts being held there. Every city in the world uses its stadiums for concerts, but NO NO, not Luxembourg. They do damn guided tours, but NO concerts. A pathetic and ridiculous way of wasting money.
