I had Yoga class and I felt amazing, grateful and calm right after the class. It is the second time in my life that I am doing yoga and I can say it’s not that easy as it may seem cuz a lot of movements requires control of the muscles from the inside. In addition, it’s a wonderful sensation of tranquility at the end. Great job!
