The assortment of draft beer is indeed impressive. Nevertheless, the diminutive brunette server is devoid of any trace of customer service abilities. It's a mystery why individuals like him opt for a profession they clearly do not enjoy. Could it be that his attitude was because I didn't communicate in Luxembourgish? Regardless of the reason, I've decided not to revisit this place, it's certainly not worth shelling out for frozen chips and icy attitudes! Additionally, it's worth mentioning that the ambience of the place didn't do much to compensate for the service shortcomings. The lighting was dim and did not create an inviting atmosphere. The seats were not particularly comfortable either, causing discomfort during the dining experience. The music playing in the background did nothing to enhance the mood, but instead seemed to further bring down the overall vibe of the place. Furthermore, the food, apart from the frozen fries, was nothing to write home about. The burgers were bland and the salad seemed like it had seen better days. The presentation of the dishes was disappointing, lacking any visual appeal. Also, the wait time for the food was quite long, adding to the list of negatives. To conclude, it’s not just about the food or the drinks, a restaurant should offer a complete experience. Good service and a welcoming environment are just as crucial. One should not have to put up with subpar treatment and an unwelcoming environment, particularly when they are spending their hard-earned money. Hence, I would not recommend this place to anyone, and I certainly won't be returning myself.
