I got my appointment two weeks after

I got my appointment two weeks after asking for one which wasn't the worst thing in the world. However, the staff who handle emails are horribly rude. I sent them all the documents and still they emailed me saying the can't issue a visa because a document is missing. Which turns out wasn't the case because I did submit it. My appointment went smoothly but the aftermath of dealing with resubmitting a document and then having them complain and say it has to be less than 500kb is just ridiculous.
