This is not a 5 star service / experience. Especially fir the cost.. Dirty towels, no porter to assist with bags. Plugs outdated, when calling front desk no answer. 6€ charge for room service which should not have been (removed at check out) but should not have been added. During check in, no one took time to show the functions of room.
