I have asked information about life

I have asked information about life insurances held by my mother 50 days ago based on a legal, notarised mandate. I have sent them the additional paperwork they asked within 6 days. And now, 50 days later I still do not have any information. My last 3 emails to customer service representatives, supervisors and managers remained unanswered. I told them I expected at least a acknowledgment of receiving my email within one day. Nothing came. Hence this negative review. I STRONGLY ADVISE AGAINST BECOMING CUSTOMER OF CARDIF LUX.
