I joined Rafaat and Freddy at Fitnest

I joined Rafaat and Freddy at Fitnest about 10 weeks ago, with a very painful "frozen shoulder" condition and very out of shape. Today, i have 99% movement back in my shoulder and have dropped a lot of weight. Rafaat and Freddy are technically amazing, they worked with my condition and knew exactly what to do to avoid inflaming the shoulder while strengthening and extending my range of motion. No two sessions have been the same - what they can do with a Swiss ball and an exercise stick is amazing! They really listened and understood my individual position and built the training sessions around my needs. The gym itself is always immaculately clean with on-site shower and change rooms. For the quality of instruction, of facilities, and the privacy of the one-on-one training, it's also very good value for Luxembourg! 100% recommended.
