The staff personnel yesterday was extremely rude and unpleasant. I'm a customer for several years and it happened I asked for a paper wrap for an expensive object but the lady told me it's not possible to wrap it because it's only for breakable objects with the Absurd argument that she had no paper despite the huge pile of 5 centimeters of paper. I saw wrapping the previous clients objects several times. I took it personally, I think she didn't like my face and insisting that I should not have my object wrapped. Its supposed to be a present shop, she insisted she doesn't have enough paper, it felt very strange and bad. I should have called the manager. My friends also found it very strange. The shop is nice and you always have creative objects to find.
