Recently, I had very bad experience with them. First, they have promised 2 weeks to clean 2 winter coats and 1 silk shirt. After 2 weeks and 1 day, only 2 pieces out of 3 were ready without informing us. And they claimed (only via a note, no any other communication) that it was not possible to clean the sweat stains on the silk shirt’s arm pits. The remaining piece took them another week to process.
