Arrived at 8 AM to do laundry

Arrived at 8 AM to do laundry, the facility was open however, the automatic payment was not connected (and I waited for 15 minutes to try to get it to connect and it would not) so unless you have the loyalty card and the loyalty app, you are unable to do laundry. Edited to add….I did try the online chat feature that is in the payment terminal, however no one was online. After packing everything up, a person did advise via the microphone in the camera that they could come in 20 minutes or so. I would recommend NOT coming early in the day.
