Very friendly, competent and honest service. Their price offer didn't match my expectations, unfortunately, but they really explain how their offer is calculated and why they can offer the price they offer. They also do a thorough background check of the car and all the papers. They made a very trustworthy impression on me.

Extremely unsympathetic staff and everything seems a bit dubious. Step by step, their worker asked me again for all the information about my car, even though I had spent 15 minutes a few days before to meticulously fill out their online form. This took forever, as he answered 3 (!) different phone calls while doing this, and yes, I did have an appointment. My car was then checked on site and I was supposed to receive an offer within 7 days, which has not arrived to this day (months later!). That was 2 lost hours of my life, and I will certainly never be going back there!
