Extremely unsympathetic staff and everything seems a bit dubious. Step by step, their worker asked me again for all the information about my car, even though I had spent 15 minutes a few days before to meticulously fill out their online form. This took forever, as he answered 3 (!) different phone calls while doing this, and yes, I did have an appointment. My car was then checked on site and I was supposed to receive an offer within 7 days, which has not arrived to this day (months later!). That was 2 lost hours of my life, and I will certainly never be going back there!
