I once placed an order for a perfume via their website, and to my astonishment, the shipment originated from Belgium. I had initially anticipated the delivery to be made the following day, but it ultimately took three days. Consequently, if you are in urgent need of a product, it might be more practical to visit their physical store rather than opting for an online purchase. Furthermore, the store's selection of perfumes is extensive, meaning you have a wide variety of fragrances to choose from. This is ideal for those who like to experiment with different scents or for those looking for a unique perfume. Even during busy holiday seasons, they manage to maintain a good stock level, ensuring that you won't be left disappointed. Their online platform is user-friendly and easy to navigate, making your shopping experience simple and convenient. They also offer detailed descriptions of each perfume, helping you make an informed decision before purchasing. However, keep in mind that delivery times can vary, especially when the stock is coming from overseas. In conclusion, while their online service has its advantages, in-store shopping may be more suitable for those needing a product quickly. I find the cost of products quite agreeable, and the customer care provided is equally commendable. It's not just about the monetary value of items, it's about feeling that my hard-earned money is being well-spent. The service, on the other hand, is not only satisfactory but also meets and often exceeds my expectations. The staff members are well-trained, courteous and always ready to assist. Whether I have a question about a product, need help finding something, or require assistance with a return or exchange, their professional demeanor and helpful attitude make the process smooth and easy. Furthermore, the promptness and reliability of their service are praiseworthy. These factors combined make the overall shopping experience highly enjoyable and I would definitely recommend this place to others.

This establishment is not particularly welcoming towards international clientele. Throughout the year, I find myself in Luxembourg approximately four to five times, and during each visit, I inevitably make my way to the city's Concorde and ici Paris xl. The lady who is employed there seems incapable of providing any sort of explanation or assistance, and her demeanor is rather unpleasant. Moreover, I must also mention that the lack of customer service is quite astounding. Despite being a frequent visitor, I'm often left feeling disappointed with the level of care extended to me. It's as if the establishment doesn't value its international customers, which is quite disheartening. Furthermore, the experience with the female employee at the mentioned locations has always been underwhelming. It seems as though there's a significant communication gap or perhaps just a lack of willingness or effort on her part to explain things properly. Additionally, her attitude leaves a lot to be desired. She appears indifferent, if not downright rude, which significantly impacts my overall impression of the service provided by these establishments. It's a shame that such a lack of courtesy can mar the experience of visiting these otherwise enjoyable locations in the city of Luxembourg. The staff's inability to adequately attend to foreign customers is a glaring issue that needs to be addressed.

The shopping establishment is superb, yet the customer assistance could certainly use some enhancement. I've been a regular patron, however, the provided assistance is substandard on each visit. July 2024 Update There's a noticeable shift in the personnel now. Maky was indeed very supportive in managing a sizable request. To further elaborate, this particular store has always been a personal favorite due to its wide variety of products, competitive prices, and convenient location. Despite these positives, the one area where the store has consistently fallen short is in its customer service. As a regular customer, I've had the unfortunate experience of consistently encountering poor service on my visits. The store's management has apparently recognized this issue and taken steps to address it. The most noticeable change has been in the staffing. The addition of new staff members like Maky has made a significant difference. Maky, in particular, has stood out due to her helpfulness and dedication to customer satisfaction. She recently assisted me with a large order, coordinating all the details meticulously to ensure a smooth transaction. This kind of service was previously lacking in the store, and I'm hopeful that it's a sign of more positive changes to come.
