Furthermore, why would they permit reservations at 1.45 pm if the kitchen operations cease at the same time? The head cook exhibited extreme arrogance, declaring at 1.45 pm that he would not accept our order. Establishments with such flawed administration should be eradicated. I am considering reaching out to a regulatory body to lodge a complaint regarding such inconceivable conduct. I also earnestly hope that the proprietors of the said diner will take notice of the actions of their staff. In addition, I am disheartened by the lack of professionalism demonstrated by the restaurant's management. It is essential for a business to uphold certain standards of service, especially in the hospitality industry. The inability to accommodate the needs and expectations of clients can lead to a significant loss of patronage and possibly, a damaged reputation. The restaurant's failure to maintain efficient kitchen operations is also indicative of poor management.
