Enjoyed a meal with companions. We had confirmed reservations for precisely 8 o'clock in the evening. As we arrived, we placed our orders straight away, yet the service was noticeably sluggish. At 9:15pm, we inquired about the whereabouts of our food. The staff commenced with apologies and at last, they began to serve us. The cuisine was commendable. However, the service was deplorably poor. To add insult to injury, when we requested the bill, we found they had added charges for additional beverages that we hadn't ordered. This was highly disheartening. We had all been looking forward to this dinner, anticipating an enjoyable evening. After all, there is nothing quite like the camaraderie of friends over a shared meal. Our chosen time of 8pm had been confirmed, and we were eager to get started as soon as we arrived. Unfortunately, we found ourselves waiting for an inordinate amount of time. By 9:15pm, our patience had worn thin, and we felt compelled to ask about our food. The reaction from the staff was a series of apologies, followed by a delay before they finally started serving us. While the food was indeed enjoyable, the quality of the service left much to be desired. It was an unfortunate oversight on their part, detracting significantly from our overall dining experience. The final blow came when we asked for the bill. We were shocked to discover additional charges for drinks that none of us had ordered. This was an unwelcome surprise and left us feeling extremely disappointed. As a result, what should have been a memorable evening with friends turned into a rather disappointing experience.

Indulge yourself and make a point of visiting this charming eatery located within the City Concorde shopping complex. The customer service is second to none. The employees genuinely show a deep concern about the quality of your dining experience. The cuisine is truly extraordinary - every single dish we sampled dissolved delightfully in our mouths. Without a doubt, this was the pinnacle of our culinary adventures during our stay in Luxemburg. I would strongly endorse this place. As soon as you step into this enchanting restaurant, you'll be met with a warm and inviting atmosphere that instantly makes you feel at home. Not only is the ambiance welcoming, but it also exudes a unique charm that sets it apart from other dining places. This is largely due to the dedicated team of professionals who go above and beyond to ensure your every need is met. This level of commitment is simply unparalleled in today's fast-paced dining scene. The gastronomic offerings here are nothing short of sensational. Whether it's the appetizers, main courses, or desserts, each dish is prepared with great attention to detail and a passion for delivering an unforgettable culinary experience. Every morsel was a symphony of flavors that left us craving for more. During our time in Luxemburg, we had the pleasure of dining at various restaurants, but none could match the sheer brilliance of the meal we had at this place. It's not just a restaurant, it's a dining experience that should be on everyone's bucket list. I wholeheartedly recommend this place for those seeking a unique and memorable dining experience. It's a decision you definitely won't regret!

The service we received was extremely poor and the conduct was appalling. Despite having reserved a spot for 1.45 pm, with one individual already present at the venue at 1.40, they blatantly denied us service. They insisted that all patrons must be punctual and place their orders by 1.45 pm sharp! How feasible is this for any dining establishment across the globe? Furthermore, why would they permit reservations at 1.45 pm if the kitchen operations cease at the same time? The head cook exhibited extreme arrogance, declaring at 1.45 pm that he would not accept our order. Establishments with such flawed administration should be eradicated. I am considering reaching out to a regulatory body to lodge a complaint regarding such inconceivable conduct. I also earnestly hope that the proprietors of the said diner will take notice of the actions of their staff. In addition, I am disheartened by the lack of professionalism demonstrated by the restaurant's management. It is essential for a business to uphold certain standards of service, especially in the hospitality industry. The inability to accommodate the needs and expectations of clients can lead to a significant loss of patronage and possibly, a damaged reputation. The restaurant's failure to maintain efficient kitchen operations is also indicative of poor management. It is unimaginable that a restaurant would allow reservations at the same time it plans to close its kitchen. This reflects a lack of foresight and planning, further underscoring the need for better management. Lastly, the chef's rudeness and arrogance was the final straw. It is unacceptable for a staff member, especially a high-ranking one like a chef, to behave in such a manner. His unwillingness to take our order, despite us having a reservation, was not only unprofessional, but it also showed a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. To sum up, my experience at this restaurant was far from satisfactory. I am left with no choice but to take this matter further and lodge a formal complaint with a governing body. I hope this will bring about some much-needed change in the restaurant's operations and staff behavior.

Excellent aesthetic decisions, peculiar placement, dishes lovely to behold yet mediocre to consume. The restaurant's interior design has been meticulously conceived, and I particularly appreciated the open-plan kitchen arrangement. The dishes were visually appealing, yet sadly, the flavor failed to live up to the anticipated aesthetic allure. They weren't unpleasant, just lacked a unique touch. The peculiar positioning of the restaurant within a supermarket and directly facing the entrance to a fitness center could potentially dampen the mood if you're seeking a romantic dinner for two. The staff provided a friendly service, though the selection of wines was a little on the shorter side. Taking everything into account, it was relatively costly considering the overall dining experience provided. Furthermore, while the dishes were visually appealing, the taste was a letdown compared to what was expected based on their appearance. This is not to say the food was awful; it just didn't have that unique factor that would make it stand out. The unusual location of the restaurant, nestled inside a supermarket and facing the entrance to a fitness center, might be a mood killer if you're planning a special evening. The service staff were amicable and attentive, but the wine list could use a bit of expansion. In conclusion, considering the overall experience, the prices seemed rather steep. The aesthetics of the restaurant were commendable, but a dining experience is more than just that. The food should have matched up to the standards set by the visuals, and the quirky location could have been a turn-off for some. The restaurant did have its strengths, such as the well-thought-out design and pleasant service, but these factors alone couldn't fully compensate for the shortcomings. For the price range, one could expect a more comprehensive experience. Despite the critique, it was an interesting experience, and I wouldn't discourage anyone from giving it a try. After all, tastes differ, and what might not have worked for me might work for you.

This establishment is indeed a sky bar, albeit not quite reaching the highest of heights :). The sweet dishes served were satisfying, the primary meals we sampled were passable, with a few leaving a pleasing taste while others lacked any notable uniqueness. The assistance provided was fairly commendable as well. This marks my second venture into this locale and I rate it a solid 4/5; it is a decent location for one's dining needs, albeit with the occasional reminder that sometimes, things are simply as they are. In terms of the ambiance, it was quite agreeable, hinting at sophistication without trying too hard. The wine selection was decent, a mix of well-known labels and a few surprises, catering to different tastes. The wait staff was polite and professional, if somewhat distant. The decor was tasteful and created a warm atmosphere, setting a tranquil scene for an evening meal. One could easily see the city lights through the large windows, adding to the overall charm. The menu variety was somewhat limited, but each dish was well-presented. The flavors, while not groundbreaking, were sufficiently satisfying. The dessert, in particular, was a standout and worth trying. Overall, this sky bar may not touch the clouds, but it certainly offers a respectable dining experience with a view. It's somewhere I'd recommend for a casual dinner or a relaxed evening with friends.
