However, for those who have passed this age and are visually impaired, then this place might be just the right fit for you, as you wouldn't be able to discern any disparities anyway. Moreover, it's absolutely unacceptable how you treated my associate, making her look as if she hasn't been properly taken care of. It's beyond my understanding how you could think this was acceptable. She is reminiscent of an old, abandoned building, covered in dust and exuding a musty odor. The nape of her neck was chopped off in such an inconsistent manner that it's quite obvious you didn't take your time or care with your work. For individuals who haven't crossed the threshold of half a century, I would implore you to avoid this establishment at all costs. It's not suitable for those who still have their youthful vitality and can clearly see the poor results of this place's service. However, for those who've lived more than five decades and unfortunately suffer from visual impairment, this might be an acceptable place for you. After all, if your vision is compromised, you're unlikely to be bothered by the subpar service delivered here, as you wouldn't be able to visually perceive the lack of quality anyway.

The people were amiable and welcoming. 😂😍🙏 In addition to this, I was quite impressed by their willingness to assist me despite the language barrier. Approximately a fortnight ago, on a Thursday, I hastily scheduled a visit to this beauty parlor. I must admit, the experience was exceptional. From the expert in coloring to the relaxing massage during the shampooing process not forgetting the styling, the team was remarkable, friendly and highly knowledgeable. They deserve bonus points for maintaining a clean environment, especially considering the current covid situation. I unquestionably plan on returning! Much gratitude! In addition to the above, the vibe in the salon was warm and welcoming, making the experience even more enjoyable. The color technician was especially adept, not only in choosing the right shade to suit my complexion but also in applying it in a way that looked natural and flattering. I also appreciated the detailed explanations provided by the staff, which helped me understand better the products being used and the procedures being done. The massage while shampooing was an unexpected delight. It was soothing and helped me relax, making the salon visit more than just a routine hair appointment. The stylist also did an excellent job, understanding exactly what I wanted and delivering a look that exceeded my expectations. The cleanliness of the salon was another standout aspect. I have visited this particular hair salon numerous times throughout the previous three years. The last three occasions upon which I went, my haircut was botched in one way or another, and it wasn't a minor thing - it was glaringly obvious. The salon staff who were supposed to take care of my hair often appeared impolite, except if I was accompanied by my mother. 🤔 (whose haircut they also spoiled previously) The most recent time I visited, the hairstylist seemed to rush through the entirety of my haircut, despite the fact that I was practically the only customer in the salon. On several occasions, she asked me if I was content, and I had to instruct her to trim some longer strands of hair shorter on one side because the disparity was painfully evident, and the task was performed as poorly as a 7-year-old attempting to shave a head. Finally, after the fourth time of asking the hairdresser to rectify the glaring mistake, I gave in, handed over a ridiculous sum of money, and completed the job at home. It appears that the women working there only exert their utmost effort for older, potentially affluent clients and don't feel compelled to maintain a certain standard of professionalism towards younger customers, even though we all pay the same cost. Furthermore, I have curly hair and every time I’ve requested that they leave my hair in its natural curls and not straighten it, I would leave the salon looking like a disheveled rug. I would anticipate that hairstylists from such a costly establishment would know how to manage curly hair a little more proficiently… Nevertheless, their repeated mistakes with my hair on three separate occasions, coupled with their poor attitude, have resulted in Dessange losing a customer for good. I would not recommend this place unless you appear wealthy and aged. 😁 This salon's repeated mishandling of my hair, coupled with their lack of professionalism, has left me extremely disappointed. I would strongly advise against visiting this salon unless you are, or appear to be, affluent and older. I find it regrettable that a salon of this calibre and price range cannot cater adequately to the needs of younger clients or those with different hair types, such as curly hair.
