It appears there must’ve been a recent change in management as the pizza no longer adheres to the traditional Roman style (thin, crunchy crust with a large base, which was once of excellent quality), but rather the Neapolitan style (thick, fluffy crust, and a smaller base). Even though my personal preference leans towards Roman style, I find Neapolitan also enjoyable. However, the dough feels incredibly dense, causing dehydration and sleep disturbance every single time I indulged in their pizza (3 occasions) - it seems certain that something goes amiss during the leavening process. I have decided to alter my preferred pizzeria for an indefinite period of time, until such time as the new management and pizzaiolo enhance the quality of their pizza! In addition, during our last order, there were errors in 3 out of the 4 pizzas... therefore, it’s advisable that you check your pizzas thoroughly before removing them from the premises! Moreover, the service was noticeably slower and less attentive than it used to be, and the ambiance has changed from a lively, bustling place to a quieter, less vibrant atmosphere. The prices have also increased slightly, which would be acceptable if the quality had remained the same or improved, but unfortunately, this is not the case. Finally, the variety of pizzas on offer has decreased, with some of our former favorites no longer available. This, combined with the changes in quality and style, has left us feeling disappointed and seeking alternatives. We hope that the management takes note of the feedback and works to restore the pizzeria to its former glory. Until then, we will be exploring other pizzerias in the area.

Residing merely a stone's throw away, we placed a request for a take-out order (comprising of a pair of pizzas -- first one being the parma and the latter the chavignol). The assistance we received over the telephone was amicable and respectful. Retrieving our order was a breeze and executed promptly. The pizzas were absolutely mouthwatering! Even though we were eating at home, the taste still managed to exceed our expectations. I envision the experience would be even more fantastic if we were to dine-in, but regardless, what a treasure this place is! Our heartfelt gratitude for such a wonderful experience! We decided to telephone in our request for a couple of pizzas for take-out – one being the exquisite parma, and the other, the delectable chavignol. We found the service over the phone to be warm, welcoming, and extremely polite. The process of picking up our order was straightforward and expedited efficiently. The pizzas, I must say, were absolutely divine! Even though we were planning to savour them in the comfort of our own home, we were pleasantly surprised and impressed. I can't help but think that dining in would further elevate this delightful experience, but this establishment is truly a hidden jewel regardless! Incredible pizza! The customer service was top-notch; efficient, courteous, and supportive. The pizza in its own right was absolutely SCRUMPTIOUS. Don't think twice, place your order this instant. Plus, the ambiance was warm and welcoming, just adding to the overall delightful experience. It was clear that the staff was committed to ensuring customers have a memorable experience. Every bite of the pizza offered a burst of flavors that was simply irresistible! A great balance of cheese and toppings that was neither too much nor too little. The pizza crust was perfectly baked, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, just as it should be. They offer a wide variety of toppings and each is as fresh as the next. The ingredients were clearly high-quality, adding to the overall taste and experience. The aroma wafting from the pizza was enough to make your mouth water in anticipation. And the best part? I have visited this place on numerous occasions. The service was commendable, however, there is a scope for it to be a tad bit superior. The cuisine was satisfying although, the crockery did not quite appeal to me. Additionally, the café gourmand presented some rather lackluster components. The overall ambiance has seen a significant enhancement with the introduction of the revamped interior décor and other miscellaneous improvements. However, there is a certain degree of inconsistency concerning the complimentary digestive. It seems uncertain whether it is provided or not. Moreover, I would like to add that the seating arrangement could be a little more spacious. The music, although pleasant, could be better if it were a little more in sync with the restaurant's theme. The menu, while varied, could do with a few more innovative dishes. The wait staff, while polite and professional, could benefit from additional training to enhance their efficiency. Furthermore, the restrooms were clean but could use better maintenance. The outdoor seating area could be a lot more inviting with a few minor tweaks. The parking area needs better signage for easier navigation. Lastly, the restaurant could consider offering a wider variety of wines to complement their food offerings. In conclusion, while the overall experience was satisfactory, there are several areas which could be improved to make the dining experience more enjoyable and memorable.

This marked my initial visit to the location, but certainly won't be my concluding one. I embarked on this culinary journey accompanied by a companion of Italian descent, in a bid to sample their freshly introduced pizza variety, a venture that proved to be quite delightful. The pizza, in all its glory, was packed with flavor, tantalizing my taste buds in a way that few dishes can. Moreover, the tomato sauce garnishing the pizza brought back nostalgic memories of Napoli, transporting me, albeit momentarily, to the enchanting Italian city. The piquant sauce, with its carefully balanced flavors, was an absolute revelation. The overall taste of the pizza was intensified by the rich, tangy tomato sauce that was reminiscent of the authentic Neapolitan pizzas I had in Napoli. Each bite seemed like a journey through the culinary landscapes of Italy, with the distinct flavors and ingredients creating a symphony in my mouth. The warmth of the pizza, the crunchiness of the crust, and the freshness of the ingredients all worked together to create a gastronomical experience that was truly memorable.
