Like many other comments, orange is not (anymore?) up to par. I don't know if it's due to a lack of staff but, as a customer for several years, by renewing my subscription, a delay of 4 months to obtain the desired service. Poor explanations about the deadline. On top of that, outage for a week and instead of sending a technician, he sent the Post Office. The Post technician tells me a completely different reason. I understand that Orange is playing the smoke card, of lower cost for interventions. I will skip the details because seeing all the comments, we understood Orange's lack of desire to understand its customers. I am disappointed and will change provider when my subscription ends.

Iphone 15 green 512GB 969€!!! only lies!!! it is displayed as available at the displayed price, but when you try to order it, you are redirected to the iphone 15 page again, where you have to choose the color and the capacity, and so on I contacted customer service and they say it's an error. according to European laws, the product must be sold at the displayed price. I mention that I am a customer of Orange Luxemburg since 2014 and it is not the first time that I am faced with such lies and misleading advertisements
